1. Who we are

PriyaFincorp (“we”, “us”) is a proprietary concern of Ranganath Muthu and an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-110892), based in Chennai. This policy covers this website and the information you share with us while you enquire about or use our services.

2. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address when you contact us.
• Financial information: goals, income, investments, risk comfort and similar details you share during consultations.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) information: documents needed by law to start an investment, collected when you become a client.

3. This website

This website does not use advertising cookies or trackers. The enquiry form submits your contact details, topic, message and consent to Netlify Forms, which stores submissions and sends email notifications when enabled by the business. Netlify may process operational information such as IP addresses for hosting and spam prevention. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are also handled under those services’ policies. Open Sans is self-hosted, so browsing does not request fonts from Google. Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram links open independently operated services.

• To process investment requests you make
• To communicate about your plan and portfolio reviews
• To meet legal, regulatory, AMFI and SEBI requirements

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to serve you, for example with fund houses (AMCs), their registrars, and regulators, or where the law requires. Everyone we share with is expected to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries stored in Netlify Forms and the business mailbox are retained only as needed for enquiry handling and applicable obligations. Contact us about access, correction or deletion.

We keep client records for as long as the law and regulatory rules require. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Under Indian data protection law, you can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, or erase it where the law allows. You can also withdraw consent for future use. Write to us at contact@priyafincorp.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Complaints

Please write to us first so we can resolve your concern. If you are not satisfied, you can also raise a complaint on SEBI’s SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in).
